How long does order processing take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days after successful payment and final checks. Orders placed after 1 pm MT process the next business day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. U.S. Standard shipping is free on orders $1,000+. Orders under $1,000 ship Standard for $15. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, via DHL Express to many destinations. Transit is typically 3–7 business days. Duties/taxes are collected by the carrier when applicable and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Will I need to sign for my package?
Orders $1,500+ require a signature. You may add Signature Required for smaller orders at checkout for additional security.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
For security, we cannot change the address after dispatch. Contact us immediately after placing the order if you need to request an edit during processing.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
Contact support within 7 days of delivery or scan date. Keep all packaging and provide photos for damage claims. We’ll open a carrier claim and assist through resolution.
Do you combine shipments?
Yes, when possible. If you place multiple orders to the same address before dispatch, we can consolidate and refund any overages in shipping fees.
